A roof is a system, not just a layer of shingles. When Cross & Crown Roofing replaces your roof, we build every layer to work together so the roof lasts and stays watertight.

We start by protecting your property, then tear off the old roof down to a clean deck. From there we install a complete system: SwiftStart starter shingles along the eaves and rakes for a locked down edge, synthetic underlayment across the deck, and ice and water barrier in the valleys and other leak prone areas. The field is finished with CertainTeed Landmark PRO architectural shingles, and the hips and ridges are capped with Shadow Ridge for a clean, finished line. Every pipe penetration gets a lifetime Perma Boot, which outlasts the cheap rubber boots that crack and leak first. Proper ridge ventilation is built in so heat and moisture can escape the attic.

When the work is done, the cleanup matters just as much. We remove all debris, and we run magnetic sweepers across the driveway, walkways, and lawn to pick up stray nails. You are left with a new roof and a clean property.
