Went with Cross & Crown for some roof leaks and gutter install. Very knowledgeable and detailed in explanation. Gutters turned out great and they made sure to install quality gutter guards. Couldn't complain about the price and he was very prompt. I delt directly with the buisness owner Ralph. Im pretty particular and he asnwered my many questions. He is very tech savvy which is great when it comes to modern day insurance claims.

We first heard of Ralph through the previous owners of our home where he had noticed potential issues that had come up on our inspection. When ignoring the issues caused them to worsen and create a more emergency situation, Ralph was out to check on it the same day that we called him and perform an emergency patch before an incoming storm. He even offered to come back when it rained to make sure that it held before we were able to do a permanent fix after the rain stopped. Ralph has done multiple jobs for us from fixing a massive roof leak to preventative maintenance. Each job has been done quickly and professionally for extremely reasonable prices. Ralph examines every inch of our roof and highlights problem areas. His work has saved us thousands in avoiding potential future issues and he has always been a pleasure to work with. His work has always been spotless and done on budget and on time. He has only ever been on time and extremely communicative. Ralph is exceptional at documenting each issue and all work that he does. Ralph has demonstrated an extreme depth of knowledge in his field and I completely trust his assessments and recommendations.
